20x200 Wednesday Edition: Rodeo Stars, Strong City, Kansas by Mike Sinclair
I love this edition. There’s something about it that reminds me so much of being twelve years old in Oklahoma, late in summer, with the air getting cool and smelling like dry mud. I’d probably be wearing some gym shorts and riding my Huffy too fast along the curb, headed to the grill to get a burger and a Coke, maybe a pack of Big League Chew. I wouldn’t be watching much rodeo, but I’d be making a lot of fun out of scant resources and not regretting living in the middle of nowhere in the least.
