For everybody who hasn’t yet heard about Amit Gupta’s search for a bone marrow donor, please share this with any South Asians you know (or are). The process of testing yourself for a match is insanely easy, and the process of donating—should you match—only slightly less easy (and nearly painless).
And for anybody who might question the broader tech community’s interest in priming the donor registry’s South Asian representation for Amit, know that you’re performing a service that helps every South Asian who needs a marrow transplant—the problem is much bigger than Amit alone.
