October 20th was a Thursday
This clip is almost dead on in my sweet spot—I would have been nine or ten. That is exactly what using computers was like for me as a kid—totally natural, totally primitive. I’m sure my parents were dumbstruck.
Teacher: “Can the computer think?”
Kids: “ye.. NOOOO!”
Teacher: “How many people think the computer can think.”
Kid: “It can think, but you have to tell it what to do.”
